About Women's Leadership and Empowerment Conference 2025

The 16th Women's Leadership and Empowerment Conference (WLEC2025) is a premier global event taking place in Bangkok, Thailand, from March 1-3, 2025. Bringing together thought leaders, professionals, academics, and advocates, WLEC2025 aims to advance gender equality, foster leadership development, and empower women worldwide.

WLEC consists of two main components:
Inside the Room [Learning]:

Outside the Room [Networking]:

​At WLEC, we believe in the experience of life, that one learns and is more active when engaging with others and the world in which they are in.

We help cultivate and encourage connections, discussions and networking with the other attendees to have deeper conversations while connecting on lifelong levels. ​​
We also believe in service and giving back, that is why at every conference we find a Local business or local non-profit organizations to support and uplift while we are in country. ​For over 10 years, Tomorrow People Organization has been supporting a number of children from kindergarten to university levels from the Bangkok slums, in collaboration with Duang Prateep Foundation Thailand.
