The 14th Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Conference (WLEC2023), held from 1st to 3rd March 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand, gathered scholars, professionals, researchers and policymakers from across the globe, creating a one-of-a-kind learning and networking environment. Hosted at Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit, the conference offered a warm, inclusive space where participants shared ideas, exchanged experiences and built meaningful professional connections.

With a complete digital archive — including the agenda, speakers/presenters list, proceedings and photos — WLEC2023 continued the conference’s tradition of supporting women’s leadership, empowerment and education through constructive dialogue, cross-cultural engagement and sustained collaboration. With many new friendships made, new ideas shared and new partnerships formed, WLEC2023 was a great success, and we are enthusiastically looking forward to the next year’s conference.
