​The 15th Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Conference (WLEC2024), held from 1st to 3rd March 2024 at Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit in Bangkok, Thailand, gathered scholars, professionals and policymakers from across the world, offering a one-of-a-kind learning and networking environment.
