The 10th Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Conference (WLEC2019), held from 1st to 3rd March 2019 at the Aetas Lumpini Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, celebrated a decade of advancing women’s leadership, empowerment, education and global dialogue. With a robust digital archive including agenda, presenters, proceedings and photos, this edition reaffirmed the conference’s role as an international forum for women leaders, scholars and practitioners from around the world.

WLEC2019 featured high-impact sessions, case studies and interactive networking designed to strengthen professional connections, foster cross-cultural collaboration and ignite meaningful change. The conference continued the hallmark single-track format and inclusive atmosphere that have shaped the WLEC series. Notably, the Best Presentation Award was presented to Ms Mozella Perry Ademiluyi for her paper “Essential Pathways to Further Empower Women Leaders to Achieve Their Outcomes and Desires”.
