The 16th Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Conference (WLEC2025), held from 1st to 3rd March 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand at the Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit, brought together a vibrant and diverse community of leaders, scholars, professionals and change-makers from around the globe. Over three inspiring days, participants engaged in thought-provoking presentations, insightful panel discussions and collaborative workshops addressing the evolving roles, challenges and triumphs of women in leadership across sectors and cultures. WLEC2025 provided a truly empowering space for sharing experiences, sparking dialogue and fostering global understanding of gender equality, leadership and social change. Beyond the academic and professional exchange, the conference was a celebration of community, mentorship and the power of connection. New partnerships were formed, bold ideas were born, and many left feeling recharged and motivated to continue leading with purpose.
