17th Women's Leadership and Empowerment Conference [WLEC2026]

The 17th Women's Leadership and Empowerment Conference (WLEC2026) was successfully held from March 1–3, 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, bringing together scholars, professionals, entrepreneurs, and advocates from around the world to exchange ideas and experiences on advancing women's leadership and empowerment.

Over the course of three days, participants engaged in a dynamic program of presentations and discussions addressing a wide range of topics including leadership development, gender equality, entrepreneurship, education, health advocacy, and social impact. The conference featured an inspiring lineup of speakers representing diverse professional backgrounds and cultural perspectives, highlighting the global nature of the movement for women's empowerment.
The presentations explored topics such as inclusive leadership, resilience in business, women's health advocacy, storytelling and authorship as tools of influence, social entrepreneurship, and strategies for empowering women and girls in communities around the world. Participants also had the opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and build new collaborations in an atmosphere that encouraged open dialogue and mutual learning.

WLEC2026 once again demonstrated the importance of global platforms dedicated to advancing women's voices and leadership. The conference fostered meaningful conversations and strengthened a growing international network of individuals committed to promoting equality, opportunity, and empowerment.
