“Sisterhood on Action”
Leadership and Audacity
With DELANCE, I traveled on all continents, always attentive to the condition of women. I have seen everywhere how women are on the move and slowly reclaiming their rights. There is no doubt that a silent revolution is underway. Now, when it comes to democracy, it is time to move up a gear. What did I gain from this challenge? I knew I was strong but I could never have imagined everything that happened to me, everything I learned and overcome. I discovered myself. I became a role model for women and also for some men. The icing on the cake is that I enjoy myself, at least not every day, but often. Ladies and gentlemen, daring, daring, daring and you will finally know who you are and what you are capable of. Then you will experience the joy of courage, the joy of achieving yourself. Also have the audacity and generosity to support those who are trying to achieve their dreams and ... you will be part of it.

I'm single & I'm ok, but I still need relationship education
In Taiwan, relationship education in university is still a controversial topic. Yet young students' voices are rarely heard in these debates about what and how relationship education is taught. With the rapid changes in society and living environment, intimate relationships or relationship interactions have become increasingly diverse and complex. The curriculum and teaching content of relationship education cannot lack the voice of students. Especially the thoughts and relationship education need of single college students. This study attempts to explore the views and needs of single college students on relationship education courses, and provide teachers with an understanding of how to incorporate the voices of single college students in relationship education curriculum and instructional design. This study was conducted through an online questionnaire survey.

Empowering Diverse Women to Disrupt Academic Leadership in Higher Institutions
Historically, there has been a gender imbalance in academic leadership, in which diverse women continue to be underrepresented in academic spaces (O’Connor, 2018). Leadership structures and discourses are strongly influenced by Eurocentric and Androcentric worldviews, which construct, maintain, and legitimize biases that impact the career progression in senior leadership positions of diverse women populations (Wright, 2021). Data collected in the United States (U.S.) on educational leadership found that Black women experienced the “twin hurdles of racism and sexism in their present leadership roles” (Johnson & Fournillier, 2021, p. 3). This realization emphasizes a need for change in higher education institutions as it pertains to the intersecting factors of race, gender, and class, for diverse women faculty (Cukier et al., 2015; Mendoza-Reis & Lu, 2010). More so, there is a scarcity of research within the Canadian context on diverse women's experiences in academic leadership positions, namely Blacks, Asians, and those who belong to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Two Spirit, plus (LGBTQ2S+) community (Cukier et al., 2015; Statistics Canada, 2021). As the university population continues to diversify, there is a concurrent call for reckoning on matters of equity, diversity and inclusion ([EDI], Moody, 2014).

Enhancing Leadership and Teambuilding Skills:
A Case Study of Social and Emotional Learning in Japanese Female College Students
This study investigates the results of a questionnaire administered to 13 students in Japan taking a leadership practicum course at a female college in Tokyo. It demonstrates that teambuilding, particularly in event planning, enhances students’ competencies in social awareness and relationship skills, as defined by the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL). CASEL originally designed a platform to foster skills that promote students’ development, and this study has applied it to measure college students’ leadership competences. Social awareness involves the ability to embrace different perspectives and exhibit empathy towards individuals with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and circumstances. Relationship skills encompass the competence to form and sustain positive relationships and navigate diverse settings adeptly with individuals and groups. Additionally, this study illustrates that engaging in the planning and execution of events promotes students’ competencies in self-awareness, self-management, and responsible decision-making. Therefore, the findings of this study suggest that interpersonal competencies are enhanced through team discussions and teambuilding during project planning, while self-reflection and a sense of responsibility are cultivated through the execution of a project.

Power of perceptual positions
If we ask people how they see the world, the first answer they will probably give is how they make sense of the information that their senses provide us. Our perceptions are shaped by a variety of factors, including our biases, experiences, cultural backgrounds, emotions, and the depths of our consciousness. However, the world around us is the world of interactions. Interaction is the action or influence of people, groups, or things on one another. Everything surrounding us influences us, and we influence everything around us. Leadership is a social influence that unites others and motivates them to make maximum efforts to achieve the goal as a result of successful interaction. The way we see, perceive, and establish relationships with the world determines our way of leadership in life and work and its results. Examining different perspectives, what are they?
